REMEDIATION
MOLD
Mold can be produced in any home, apartment, or building and quickly become a major issue to a structure. With a water source, such as a leak, mold will grow and possibly spread in a structure within 48-72 hours. Besides physical damage to the property, mold can also cause serious air quality issues and health effects.
If you suspect you have mold present in your home, apartment, or building please contact Black Diamond Remediation and we can inspect the building for you. If mold is found we will work for you eliminating the mold itself, as well as the source of the mold.

When it comes to mold, please keep in mind:
-
Mold exists just about everywhere, both in an indoor environment and in the outside environment. It is not possible to remove 100% of all the mold from inside a structure.
-
Mold spores are microscopic and can enter your building through numerous methods, such as through: doors, windows, pets, clothing, and HVAC systems.
-
When mold spores drop on places where there is excessive moisture, such as where leakage may have occurred in roofs, pipes, walls, plant pots, or where there has been flooding, they will grow.
-
Before the remediation process can begin, the source of the water and/or moisture needs to be addressed and rectified.
